aaron1013 > Recently I have learned that there are some things that just don't translate well into photos. Even as hard as I tried, I just don't feel like I have captured the real beauty of the Elk River here. Quinn and I spent the better part of a day photographing this area through a mix of sun, rain, and snow, and i was certain at the time that this was a knockout photo, only to be a little disappointed when I got home and realized something is missing. What that is, I don't know...
aaron1013 > Huge wave action at Shore Acres State Park. If you look close, you can see a woman standing on the cliff to the right of the wave. I'm guessing this wave was close to 100 feet high.
